Minutes of the 31 January 2021 Meeting of the Texas Libertarian Party Radical Caucus

• The meeting was called to order at approximately 19:25 CST.

• Aaron Ramos acted as chair pro tem.

• A recreated version of the minutes of File:TX-Rads minutes 2019-10-06.txt were approved with one correction.

• The File:TX-Rads minutes 2019-11-10.txt minutes were approved with corrections.

• The File:TX-Rads minutes 2019-12-08.txt minutes were approved without changes.

• The File:TX-Rads minutes 2020-01-12.txt minutes were approved with one correction.

• James Gholston moved to add Nicole Sprabary as an at-large representative. Nicole Sprabary seconded.

The motion passed without objection.

• James Gholston moved to add Andrew Jewell as chair.

Nicole Sprabary seconded. The motion passed without objection.

• There was discussion of Jewell's campaign plans.

• There was discussion of a bank account, TEC filings, and fundraising.

• Aaron Ramos moved to create an exploratory committee for the purpose of establishing the Texas LPRC's financial presence.

The motion passed without objection. The committee is to consist of Aaron Ramos, James Gholston, Andrew Jewell, and Ben Leder if all available.

• The next meeting was scheduled for 21 February 2021.
