Minutes of the 21 February 2021 Meeting of the Texas Libertarian Party Radical Caucus

The meeting was called to order at approximately 19:00 CST.

• Ben Leder's resignation from the caucus was noted.

• James Gholston moved to appoint Andrew Jewell as a voting member of the board.

• Aaron seconded
• The motion passed without objection

• Nelson Range was interviewed

• James Gholston moved to appoint Nelson Range to the board and as treasurer.

• Aaron seconded
• The motion passed without objection

• The minutes of 31 January 2021 were approved

• Aaron Ramos gave a vice chair and state coordinator report

• Andrew Jewell gave a report on a membership review

• Outreach opportunities were discussed

• Light It Up, an event in Tarrant County on 28 Feb was mentioned
• A Julia Patterson speaking event at the 06 March county party meeting in Brazos County was mentioned
• The Audacious Caucus resolution against Spike Cohen was discussed
• Unaffiliated counties were discussed
• Types of public events were discussed

• The next meeting was set for 21 March 2021

• Aaron Ramos Moved to add the following language to the the meeting article in the TXLPRC bylaws:

C: Appropriate, unanimously agreed to electronic means are a permitted mechanism for votes on urgent motions between meetings

• James Gholston seconded
• The motion passed without objection

The meeting was adjourned at 20:08 CST
