It has been reported that all PACs operating in the state but use a bank that is based inside or maybe has branches within the state. Ours does not as of October 2020.
Texas
In Texas, all reports of this nature go through the Texas "Ethics" Commission. If a committee they've never heard of before raises up to $500 or spends up to $500 in (a year or election cycle?) they don't actually want to hear about it. One dollar more than that, though...
