Libertarian Vanguard Branding

The goal is to have a reasonable intermingling of current Radical Caucus branding and the branding of the forst 2-3 volumes of Libertarian Vanguard. The attempted Fall 2016 issue is not a suitable reference for colors and typefaces.

Colors

  • Gold: 109C
  • Black

The one known color issue of the historical run had the masthead in green. It is hoped to compare this issue to a Pantone deck soon to determine what green.


Typefaces

  • Masthead: section titles: Avant Garde? This was used during the peak years of the caucus. What it was replaced with later on was completely forgettable and unworthy.
  • Sans Serif:Roboto 2014 -- possibly use this for bulk text if it's not being printed; avoid using for mastheads, titles, et c. as it's too forgettable for that.
  • Serif: Alegreya -- possibly use this for bulk text if we ARE going to print it. In black weight, it's very memorable.
