I'm concerned that many of these add functionality that will make the site less shatter resistant. I value shatter resistance quite highly, especially for the again increasing number of people who disable Javascript. - Needed to add one line of CSS to fix a work-impeding problem with the admin theme. ENABLED

- Believed to be for the comments functionality. James believes that we may want to keep comments disabled, at least until we get a large number of daily visitors. Currently disabled.
