According to Jordan Peterson, 10-15% of the population isn't intelligent enough to get any paying jobs, and the lower end of the ones who do have jobs are in jeopardy as automation takes the jobs they have away from the human labor force.

He also points out that neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have any clue about this problem or what to do about it.

SO LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN COME UP WITH!

Eliminate Minimum Wage Statutes

The actual minimum wage is zero. There's lots of possible compensation levels and means of compensation that might be an improvement for these people that might make economic sense if it wasn't going to end up with armed people in dark blue costumes showing up and shutting it all down by force.

Reduce Prices by Reducing the State

Low-paying jobs, jobs that don't make back what they cost, volunteer work, charity, and other options will work more effectively if people at the bottom of the earnings scale have affordable options: health care, housing, food, education.

Replace Our Messed Up Education System

It's nearly impossible to refute a hypothesis that state-funded and regulated education in the US is deliberately designed to create people who can't think. This exacerbates the problem of people who don't have what it takes to find economically useful employment. By helping as many people as possible not fall into this trap, fewer people will be in it.
